For many years now, we have run a friendly racing program at Venture - you don't have to be an expert to join in the fun, and its the fastest way to learn efficient boat handling!
We have a permanent triangular course set up in Valois Bay, using orange marks 4, 7 & 9, as well as drop marks we can use as needed. We also have our Race Committee boat as a safety boat.
Races are held Wednesdays at 18:30, and 2 races on Sundays at 10:00.
Come and join us in 2010 - beginners are more than welcome - you'll get lots of useful tips & advice, and we'll teach you the fundamentals of racing.
There is NO racing fee!
